・It is Sanuki udon dry noodles which incorporates the nickname "Udon prefecture" from Kagawa prefecture, which is well known in Japan.

・Fulfilling the concept of "Udon in Udon prefecture", we use 100% of "Sanuki no Yume", a wheat produced exclusively in Kagawa prefecture, which was developed for Sanuki udon.

・The unique characteristics of Sanuki Udon are that they have the rich taste of wheat, the chewy texture, smooth and silky. Udon can simply be boiled like spaghetti noodles.

・Boil water in a large pot. (1 L or more for 3.53 oz of noodles) Add udon noodles and lightly stir with toothpicks to separate.
When the water comes back to a boil, lower the heat to a simmer and cook it for about 10 minutes. Drain the noodles into a colanderano and rinse under cold water.
You can enjoy hot and cold Udon noodles.

・One serving (3.53 oz) is in a package. One package contains approximately 3 servings (10.58 oz). Boiling time is approximately 10 minutes.
